Shop Policies
All Sales Are Final
Once a payment is successfully processed, all sales are considered final. Payment processing fees are non-refundable to both GoodaLittleGoods and the buyer.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery date shown in your tracking information. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll do our best to make it right.
Please note: GoodaLittleGoods is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling after delivery (such as items being dropped or altered).
Lost or Missing Packages
GoodaLittleGoods is not responsible for packages that are lost or marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with your local post office and neighbors first.
Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong item by mistake, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, photos of the item received, and any relevant details. We’ll gladly fix the issue and make sure you get what you ordered.
Address Issues & Returned Packages
Please double-check your full and correct shipping address before completing your purchase (including apartment/unit numbers). GoodaLittleGoods is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize there’s an address error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can try to help. After that, we cannot guarantee changes will be possible.

GoodaLittleGoods is not responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries that may result from wearing our products. Please read item descriptions carefully and use at your own discretion.
