Eligibility for Returns

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required.


Please note that all sales are final. We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.


Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

 

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement if necessary.

 

Exchanges

 

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, the fastest way to get a replacement is to contact us for return approval. Once your return is accepted and the item is received, we’ll send out your replacement right away.
